Advantages of working with a Charter Consultant
Because we don’t own our own aircraft, we’re not bound by fleet availability and have every opportunity to tailor trips to our clients’ needs, even when unforeseen circumstances arise, such as organizing last-minute trips or when a chartered aircraft must be replaced due to mechanical and/or other problems.
With a good knowledge of the industry and the aircraft, our goal is to recommend a good service with the best characteristics of the aircraft and at a good price. If needed and after review by the client, we can handle all aspects of a charter flight through our team, such as:
- Obtaining or verifying all flight certificates, aircraft insurance and documentation;
Provision of reserve aircraft, if required; - Reviewing operators’ flight manifests for FBOs;
- Managing catering, ground transportation, customer and crew accommodations; arranging aircraft parking;
- Confirming departure and arrival times;
- Determining client’s individual flight requirements;
- Researching aircraft options anywhere in the world through a worldwide network of operators;
- Presenting options for the customer to consider, e.g. cabin size, number of stopovers, categories, through financial analysis of the aircraft, including all other specifications;
- Obtain competitive quotes from operators competing with other aircraft providers;
- Verify on the day of travel, or even before, that the aircraft is in operable condition or compliant with industry regulations and third-party audits, especially with regard to safety standards;
- Analyze the operator’s safety records and certificates;
- Be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to perform all tasks and help the customer make the right decision.
